A: You might think about asking how long a company has been in business, and that's a great start. However, many companies have been in business a long time but only recently started offering photo booth services. Be sure to ask how many events they've done, and more specifically, how many of your particular event (wedding, bar mitzvahs, corporate events, etc.) Sweet Little Notions has done: 175 Weddings
50 Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16s
50 Corporate Events
Q: Are you licensed and insured? A: Don't get locked into a contract or lose a deposit because you didn't ask this question! Many venues require both a business license and insurance. Accidents happen, that's why you have things like car insurance and home/renter's insurance. Business is no different. Whether it's your wedding day, or a big corporate event, you want a company that's insured. The three types of insurance your photo booth vendor should have is general liability, umbrella and workers compensation.
SLN is licensed and insured. We will provide documentation upon request.
Q: What's included with your quote? A: Some companies charge separately for things like the setup, the breakdown, and an attendant. Be sure your quote includes everything you want it to!
You have to change your event date If SLN has availability, we will change your service date at no extra charge. If we do not have availably for your new date, if your event is greater than 30 days away you receive a refund. If your event is within 30 days you can transfer your services to a friend for 1 year.
You have to change the original timeline
When you reserve with SLN, you get the whole day for your event! So timeline changes are not a problem.
They are not able to provide services for the contracted time time
This hasn't happened to SLN before. We have a full team with employees on standby so someone is always able to service your event. If, for some reason we cannot service your event you will receive a full refund. If we could only provide services for a portion of the time, for whatever reason, you will receive a prorated refund for the amount of time serviced.
